FOAMGLAS® Insulation Curve Segments (TSG) are pre-fabricated cellular glass insulation components designed for insulating curved surfaces, such as tanks and large piping. Made from rigid, closed-cell cellular glass, FOAMGLAS® TSG provides outstanding moisture resistance, thermal insulation, and compressive strength, making it suitable for use in demanding industrial and commercial applications, including cryogenic and high-temperature systems.

  • Thermal Conductivity:
    • Provides consistent thermal insulation across a broad temperature range, ideal for extreme conditions
  • Water Vapor Permeability: 0.00 perm-inch, completely impermeable to water and vapor (ASTM E96)
  • Service Temperature Range: -450°F (-268°C) to 900°F (482°C), suitable for both cryogenic and high-temperature applications
  • Fire Performance: Noncombustible, Flame Spread Index 0, Smoke Developed Index 0 (UL 723, ASTM E84)
