FOAMGLAS® Insulation Pipe End Caps are prefabricated cellular glass insulation components designed to seal and insulate the ends of pipes in industrial and commercial applications. Made from rigid, closed-cell cellular glass, these end caps provide exceptional thermal performance, moisture resistance, and durability, helping prevent condensation and corrosion at vulnerable pipe terminations. Ideal for use in extreme temperature environments, FOAMGLAS® Pipe End Caps are suitable for both cryogenic and high-temperature systems.

  • Thermal Conductivity: Offers consistent insulation performance across a wide range of temperatures
  • Water Vapor Permeability: 0.00 perm-inch, completely impermeable to water and vapor (ASTM E96)
  • Service Temperature Range: -450°F (-268°C) to 900°F (482°C), suitable for both low and high temperatures
  • Fire Performance: Noncombustible, with Flame Spread Index 0, Smoke Developed Index 0 (UL 723, ASTM E84)
