Description

Owens Corning® Fiberglas™ Insul-Quick® Fiberglass Insulation is a lightweight, semi-rigid fiberglass board designed to provide outstanding thermal insulation for high-temperature applications. Built to handle temperatures up to 850°F (454°C), it is ideal for use on power and process boilers, ducts, chimney liners, and other heated equipment. This durable insulation features a high-temperature binder and resists tearing and breaking during installation, ensuring long-term thermal performance. Its large board sizes reduce the number of joints, speeding up installation and minimizing potential heat leakage.

Fixtures

Flexible Installation Options: Suitable for use with metal wire mesh, expanded metal lath, or as part of a panel system.
Versatile Mounting: Can be mounted flush to heated surfaces or secured at a distance with support from buckstays or angle iron stiffeners.
Installation Options: May be installed in single or double layers, based on temperature requirements, with maximum thickness up to 8 inches for temperatures below 650°F.
Applications: Ideal for power and process boilers, ducts, breechings, precipitators, chimney liners, and high-temperature equipment.
