Description

Owens Corning® FOAMGLAS® T3+ is a high-performance, rigid cellular glass insulation designed for roofing and building applications where durability, thermal performance, and environmental resistance are essential. This closed-cell insulation is non-combustible, waterproof, vapor impermeable, and dimensionally stable, making it ideal for installations exposed to extreme temperatures, moisture, and various environmental conditions.

  • Density: Minimum 5.0 pcf (80 kg/m³)
  • Service Temperature: -445°F to 806°F (-265°C to 430°C)
  • Water Absorption: Maximum 0.1% by volume (ASTM C240)
  • Water Vapor Permeability: Maximum 0.005 perm-in (ASTM E96)
  • Compressive Strength: Minimum 72 psi (500 kPa) (ASTM C165)
  • Flexural Strength: Minimum 58 psi (400 kPa) (ASTM C203)
  • Thermal Resistance (R-Value): 3.8 per inch at 75°F (0.67 m²·K/W)
