Ideal Products’ WeatherJacs® Aluminum Elbows are precision-formed, two-piece fittings manufactured from 1100 series aluminum alloy and meet ASTM B-209 standards. Designed for cladding 45° and 90° insulated bends, they provide excellent corrosion resistance, thermal performance, and workability. Each elbow includes a factory-applied, heat-cured polyester or acrylic coating on both interior and exterior surfaces to deliver maximum moisture protection and resistance to oxidation. Sizes range from small socket weld elbows up to 30″ NPS long or short radius elbows.
