Description

FOAMGLAS® Insulation T-Boxes are prefabricated cellular glass insulation components designed to insulate T-joints and complex piping intersections in industrial systems. Engineered from rigid, closed-cell cellular glass, FOAMGLAS® T-Boxes provide excellent thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and durability. These T-Boxes are ideal for demanding applications in cryogenic and high-temperature environments, preventing heat loss and reducing the risk of condensation and corrosion at critical junction points.

  • Thermal Conductivity: Provides effective insulation across extreme temperature ranges, ensuring stable thermal properties
  • Water Vapor Permeability: 0.00 perm-inch, fully impermeable to water and vapor (ASTM E96)
  • Service Temperature Range: -450°F (-268°C) to 900°F (482°C), ideal for both cryogenic and high-temperature applications
